October 1996- Spetmeber 1999

•  Deputed to Jadavpur University, Calcutta under the AICTE ellowship programme in Oct. 1996for Ph. D. in the area of Artificial Intelligence.
•  Contributed an invited chapter entitled "Realization of Cognition for Mobile Robotics" appeared in the book Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing : Behavioural Modellin of Human Brain. By Dr. Anil Konar, Published by CRC Press.
•  Convened the National Conference on Business Processes Redesign using Inormation Technology, sponsored by All India Council for Technical Education , New Delhi, During Spetember 4-5, 1998 and also edited the Proceedings.
