a) From July 2008 – working as the Dean for One HSBC Academy (HSBC Technology and Services - Global Technology). I provide strategic direction to the unit helping to transform learning artefacts relating to the use of technology in banking. The Academy aims to develop and deliver the best of breed in learning programs in Technology, Leadership, Domain and Process using blended delivery modes to increase the self service component and to take advantage of the anywhere anytime nature of pursuing education in specialist roles. With an annual budgetary spend of over USD 19 Million and a geographical reach spanning Guanzhou [China] to Curutiba [Brazil] this represents perhaps the most well integrated of corporate learning initiatives in the financial sector

b) From March 2005-June 2008, worked as the Lead for Learning and Knowledge Management at Accenture Private Services Limited, Bangalore, India. My duties were to establish and maintain capability building within the India delivery centre comprising of 28000 employees. This would include all Technical, Industry, Delivery and Leadership training both of fresh graduates and experienced hires.

c) January 2004 - February 2005: Head of School of Business Informatics and Software Engineering, University of Technology, Mauritius. Responsible to provide an excellent educational and learning environment to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

d) June 1997 - January 2004: Manager Education & Research and Research champion at Infosys Technologies Limited, India. I was responsible for providing in-house technical training to employees, managing entry level education program, delivering software Engineering courses.

e) June - November 1996: Research scholar at CSELT, Turin-Italy.

f) June 1992 – December 1996: Ph.D. in Software Architecture and Object-Oriented Modeling.

g) March 1987 – June 1997: Lecturer in the College of Engineering and Technology, India.

h) July - December 1991: Lecturer in the Business Studies Department, University of Technology, Lae, Papua New Guinea as a United Nations Volunteer.

i) January - March 1987: System Analyst at Operational Research Groups.
