The Institute provides standard reprographic facilities to its users. This include:

• LAN-based Printing Facilities
• Photocopier and Binding facilities (The Press is c entrally located at SOA)

Printing Facilities

These services are available during the working hours of the Institute. The printers are HP LaseJet ,WIPRO ,EPSON DMP (LQ – DSI 5235).

Punjab National Bank through its Zonal office is opening their banking facility within the Institute premises for which all formalities have been completed.

The local Post Office is very close to the Institute and as a result of which students avail the Postal facilities from there.

The institute has appointed faculty Advisors year-wise and department-wise.
• Faculty Advisors are appointed from each department to guide and counsel a group of students from the day of admission till he /she leaves the Institute.

• Disciplinary committee takes care of matters of discipline and conduct pertaining to the students.

There exists a Language Lab. which accommodates 40 students in a batch and has learning materials from the British Institute ( Linguaphone) .The Lab. has a CD player and a Tape Recorder which is used to record the speech acts of the students. Further, the new Lab. is being furnished to be a communication Lab. which will be technology enabled. The Strength of the new Lab. is 60 students.

• First aid facilities are available in the institute and the medical practitioner visits the institute regularly.

• All avail Medical Facilities from SUM Hospital. (300 bedded Hospital)

• Ambulance facilities made available round the clock at the institute by SUM Hospital

4 Mbps leased Internet Access facilities has been provided through STPI radio link . Internet Services is provided to all the Departments for Students and staff through proxy server.

The institution provide transport facilities at a reasonable rate to all day scholars who intend to avail the facilities.
